据悉，本次考评以深交所《上市公司信息披露工作考核办法》为依据，旨在强化信息披露义务人的披露责任，提高上市公司规范运作意识。考评以信息披露的真实性、准确性、完整性、及时性、合法合规性和公平性为基础，综合考虑上市公司与证券监管机构工作配合情况、信息披露事务管理情况，以及被采取监管措施情况等多方面因素，对上市公司2008年度的信息披露工作进行多角度评价，形成最终考评结果。深交所此举对强化信息披露义务人的披露责任、提高上市公司规范运作意识有积极作用。<br>
