src="/web/20151025235325im_/http://www.cnptb.cn/uploadfile/2015/0806/20150806113454311.jpg"></div><br>一亩田，“百万吨洋葱”“999.999吨毛桃”，交易平台数据被指虚假；云视链，6亿估值、哈佛海归、成员照片盗图，陷产品抄袭与身份迷雾中；游侠电动，概念车“游侠X”被疑圈钱骗局……与此相反衬的，是之前《22岁，天使轮估值超过6亿，将颠覆整个视频和广告行业》《一亩田创始人邓锦宏：当农民在田里也能用手机上网，事情就成了》等让人振奋不已的报道。<br><br><br>在这个全民创业的时代，究竟是什么带来了它的另一面？<br><br>“眼球经济”的助因不可忽视。在现代媒体社会强大的推波助澜之势中，创业者为吸引公众注意力、获取投资者的信心以及“慷慨解囊”，不惜夸大、谎报，用尽标签和噱头。<br><br>也有人称，“大家质疑云视链、游侠、一亩田这三家公司的数据，而不关心他们正在做什么，是没有意义的。”但是，说得很好，却并没有出现相应的成果，总是难以令人信服。除非自己证明给别人看，不然创业者的价值如何体现？<br><br>受创业环境变化驱动，有数据显示，中国每天有一万多家企业注册，平均每分钟就会诞生7家公司。“创业应该被鼓励，因为它可以让更多人富起来，让更多的人实现人生价值。它有助于调整收入分配结构，促进社会公平，也会让更多的年轻人，尤其是贫困家庭的孩子有更多的上升通道。”李克强总理说。<br><br>创业大环境值得肯定。然而，不可否认的是，造假得逞、浮夸之风盛行的现象并不鲜见。“双创”背景下，鼓励创业之余也不能忽视它的另一面，更不应让少数虚张声势、给自己造“皇帝新装”的创业者坏了“大众创业、万众创新”这锅汤和这股子向上的力量。<br><br>任何美好的事物都有它的“双刃剑”。面对创业这一问题，创业者的理性思考应当大于感性，跟风只会让自己成为追求金钱的奴隶，注册公司、吹牛、造假、骗人，迎来媒体的报道和公众的热议，但这之后又能获得什么？仍是一无所有，甚至自降身价、败坏了名声，还要费大力气“洗白”。　<br><br>就一亩田、云视链等陷入漩涡的创业公司而言，政府并未干预，但舆论已经让真相渐出。清者自清，浊者自浊，不管采取何种骗术，不论多么浮夸，哪怕一开始借助骗术、浮夸从中得利，而造假行为总有一天会被揭穿，无法通过市场的检验。 <br><br>这也似其他扑朔迷离的热点事件，在观点的自由市场和真理的自我修正中，最终呈现它真实的一面。从这个角度上说，创业公司也会在市场检验中接受优胜劣汰的自然法则。<br><br>自由市场制约着各种夸大和欺骗。<br><br>“不是所有的牛奶都叫特仑苏”，也不是所有的创业都能成功。创业要脚踏实地，跟风、造假都是自欺欺人，极力追求财富会让社会变得浮夸，实现自我价值才是创业之本。</font>
