内容概述：国家食药监总局明确各级食品药品监管部门加强组织领导，严格工作程序，主要负责同志要严格把关，确保食品安全抽检工作依法有序进行。


近日，国家食药监总局印发《关于做好食品安全抽检及信息发布工作的意见》（以下简称《意见》），国家食药总局食品安全监管三司司长王红表示，今后食品安全抽检将实行“四级分工”,规避重复抽检、重点不突出等问题；抽检结果将每周二对社会公布。

《意见》要求，各级食品药品监督管理部门合力分工，防止重复抽检。国家食药监总局将对规模以上的食品生产企业抽检,省级食品药品部门负责本省获证食品企业的抽检,市、县两级食品药品监督管理部门重点抽检本地鲜活食品用农产品、小作坊生产加工食品和餐饮单位自制食品。

针对食品安全抽检项目，王红表示，食品安全抽检项目主要突出食品中农药兽药残留、食品添加剂滥用和非法添加、致病菌、重金属、污染物等安全性指标。蔬菜、禽畜、肉类、水产品等高风险品种每月抽检，较高风险的产品每季度抽检。

《意见》还要求，各级食品药品监督管理部门在抽检结果出来第一时间向社会公布。公布的信息要包括产品合格信息和不合格信息，以及对不合格产品采取的处理措施，并对风险进行解读与提示。

此外，王红还表示，对同一企业被抽样样品全部不合格的，责令企业召回全部市场销售的产品，部分样品不合格的可采取责令企业召回不合格企业，并视情停业整顿等措施。涉嫌犯罪的，及时移送公安机关追究刑事责任。

该《意见》还要求，各级食品药品监管部门、抽样单位、承检机构及其工作人员要严守工作纪律，任何单位、个人不得篡改数据、瞒报谎报检验结果，不得利用抽检结果谋取不正当利益。

对此，国家食药监总局明确各级食品药品监管部门加强组织领导，严格工作程序，主要负责同志要严格把关，确保食品安全抽检工作依法有序进行。
