class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">虽然没有正式上任，他已经给美国总统奥巴马打了个电话，告诉奥巴马加拿大将撤回正在伊拉克和叙利亚的空袭“伊斯兰国”战机。目前这些战机正在当地执行美国领导的空中打击任务，特鲁多似乎在向外界传递一个信号：新总理上任，加拿大要“新人新气象”。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">当然，舆论早就注意到特鲁多的新气象。实际上，撤回战机在新气象中还算不上特别重要的因素。因为一来，有媒体报道，加拿大在伊拉克和叙利亚只有六架战机执行任务；二来特鲁多虽说将要撤出战机，但并没有说什么时候撤，而根据原计划，这些战机本来就只是执勤到明年三月份就回国。是否提前撤出，象征意义大于实际影响。</p><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">舆论关注特鲁多，更集中在特鲁多的家世和他的自由派色彩，将会给加拿大带来什么样的影响。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">特鲁多家世值得一说，因为他的父亲皮埃尔·特鲁多在1968年当选为加拿大总理，制造了“特鲁多风潮”，也是加国历史上“最成功”的总理之一。常有人把他和美国的风云总统约翰·肯尼迪相提并论。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">老特鲁多还可以称得上是“中国人民的老朋友”。在中美关系还没有解冻的时候，老特鲁多领导的加拿大在1970年就与中国建交，而且他还三次访华。在任期间还给中国人非常熟悉的加拿大“国际主义战士”白求恩树了纪念碑。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">因为时隔近半个世纪父子两人先后当选总理，所以加拿大媒体也在谈论，是不是可以说他们有了个“特鲁多王朝”，或起码是特鲁多政治家族，就想美国的肯尼迪家族一样。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">能否称得上是“王朝”还不好说，但是特鲁多和他父亲一样是个色彩鲜明的自由派，则是肯定的。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">正是因为特鲁多自由派色彩如此鲜明，所以美国和加拿大的媒体把他和奥巴马相提并论，甚至有报道里把他称作加拿大的奥巴马。有意思的是，他的竞选口号是“真的变革”，也和奥巴马2008年竞选口号“改革”相呼应。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">奥巴马当年竞选获胜，舆论普遍称那是美国自由派的真正胜利，终结了令人厌烦的保守主义者布什的八年统治。而特鲁多成功当选，舆论也普遍认为，让加拿大自由派“受够了十年”的保守主义者蒂芬·哈珀政府终结。加拿大将迎来很彻底的变革。用特鲁多许诺的话就是，“这次是要真的改变，朋友们，是真的改变。”</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">他将会怎样改变加拿大呢？当然是改变哈珀时期的内政外交。哈珀是个有名的保守主义者和强硬派，他当政时期，削减税收，取消不少政府项目，通过严厉的反恐法律，和加拿大的地方政府关系也很紧张，在移民和气候问题问题上强硬，也不卖俄罗斯的账。加拿大自由派认为，本来他们的国家在世界上的形象就是“自由化”、“人道主义”、“国际和平主义”的，结果所有这些都被哈珀近十年的执政给破坏了。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">所以从目前来看，年轻帅气的特鲁多上台后，与哈珀相比，几乎将要反其道而行之。特鲁多已经承诺，他的政府将会增加对富人的征税；在气候变化方面采取更加积极的措施；在移民问题上更加温和，更多接纳难民；修改反恐法案；让大麻合法化——都是纯正的自由派观点。至于和地方政府关系方面，加拿大媒体已经有报道，在获悉特鲁多当选之后，多名省长都表示很“乐观”。</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">如此看来，如果这一切真的要实施，特鲁多和哈珀唯一的共同点就是一如既往地重视经济发展——当然，现在有哪个国家哪个政府敢不重视经济发展？</p><p class="__BAIDUNEWS__text">当然，奥巴马当年胜选时，也曾雄心勃勃，要将布什政府的政策翻个底朝天，然后两届八年将做满，发现其实挺不是那么回事。外交上自不必说，想结束战争却偏偏结束不了；就是内政上最大成功“奥巴马医保”，在国内执行过程中也屡遭挫折。</p><p
